In keeping with the global mission of Family Health Services, “Building Health Lives Together.” The Behavioral Health and Wellness Department has a team of skilled behavioral health providers to meet the needs of all Darke County residents and their families. Our goal is to meet people on their journey to wellness. We seek to provide quality, convenient access to care to improve the patient’s overall quality of life.
Family Health Services behavioral health providers include psychiatrists, mental health counselors (LPCC, LCSW/LSW, IMFT), dietitians, & community health workers, all working collaboratively to meet your needs and develop strategies to reduce barriers and improve outcomes.
**EMERGENCIES**
If you’re having a mental health emergency you may call the crisis hotline for Darke, Miami, and Shelby County at 1 (800) 351-7347. If you need to speak with the provider on call for Family Health, please call Wayne Healthcare at (937) 548-1141, and leave a message with the operator. A provider will return your call. If you are calling to refill a prescription, please contact your pharmacy, and they will send a refill request to your provider.
