PRN Pharmacist

Location: Family Health Services
Schedule: PRN / As-Needed (weekday coverage, occasional Saturday mornings)

Family Health Services is currently seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility with no evenings, Sundays, or holidays, and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in underserved populations.

Qualifications:

PharmD or R. Ph from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
Active Ohio pharmacist license (in good standing)
Experience in ambulatory care, community health, or FQHC pharmacy preferred
Familiarity with 340B pharmacy operations is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Optometrist

Location: Family Health Services
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Status: Full-Time – Licensed in Ohio

Family Health Services is currently seeking a full-time Optometrist, licensed in the State of Ohio, for our busy, well-established EyeCare practice! Practice consists of patients of all ages. Family Health’s mission is “building healthy lives together” and assuring all patients receive great, quality care. We are looking for applicants who share that same desire.
