Today, we celebrate Dr. Carlos Menendez as he retires after 40 years of dedicated service to Family Health Services of Darke County.

Since joining Family Health in 1986, Dr. Menendez has provided compassionate care to generations of patients while leading our organization through decades of growth. His legacy extends far beyond the exam room through the countless lives he has touched, the physicians he has mentored, and the community he has faithfully served.

As Family Health Executive Director Jared Pollick said,

“Family Health wouldn’t be what it is today if Dr. Menendez hadn’t started here in 1986.”
