A Telemedicine appointment is very similar to what would happen in person. Patients have a scheduled appointment time where they will receive a text message or email link that takes them to a check-in lobby. When the provider is ready to see a patient, both parties are connected via video conference so they can see one another. Most times you are required to have previously seen the provider in the office prior to starting telehealth services.

With accessibility in mind, we’ve created a Telemedicine experience that is simple and easy for patients to use. Your visit will be accessible from a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone that has a camera and microphone. No app or download is required. Due to state requirements, you are required to be in Ohio for the telemedicine services.
