Covid-19 Care Instructions:

COVID-19 Vaccines:

COVID-19 Vaccines are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Please contact your primary care provider to schedule appointment.

Covid Testing:

Covid Testing available Monday-Friday from 9 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-3 PM. Please contact your primary care provider to schedule.

Family Health is committed to continuing our robust response to the covid-19 pandemic. One of our top priorities is early identification of covid-19 infection. We believe early identification will lead reduced community spread by source isolation and also allows us to offer treatment for people at high risk of disease progression. Family Health will not be providing routine covid-19 employment testing or proof of negative tests prior to travel or events such as concerts. Testing for covid-19, while supplies last, will be continued to be offered to symptomatic and covid-19 exposed individuals.
